| As a charity Enham has been improving life chances for disabled people since 1918. Its commercial subsidiary route2mobility (r2m) help finance mobility solutions from specially adapted cars, to powered wheelchairs and scooters. To improve accessibility to their service r2m needed a more robust and secure computer network to support customers via remote access and the Internet.

- Evaluated existing infrastructure and specified hardware and software upgrades
- Established r2m's eligibility for charitable licensing with Microsoft and Sophos
- Advised on and established a new subnet and structured IP addressing scheme
- Implemented Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 and migrated to SMTP for email
- Specified and installed a SonicWall Firewall for network/Internet security
- Configured secure VPN access for agents, key personnel and remote/home working
- Specified and Implemented Sophos Anti-Virus using Sophos Enterprise Console
- Provided and configured Symantec Backup Exec with Continuous Protection Server
- Fully documented project plan and system handover with guidelines for ongoing housekeeping and support
