| The district of Mid Devon covers an area of 353 square miles (568 sq km) in the heartland of Devon. It lies between Dartmoor, Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills. Mid Devon District Council (MDDC) provides public services to over 72,000 people in Mid Devon including the towns of Tiverton, Crediton and Cullompton.
