Technical Workshops

Technical workshops are suitable for more informal ICT training courses or short burst sessions. Often workshops are prepared specifically for customers and are based on a presentation style approach. They include plenty of hands-on exercises plus customised documentation and courseware. Workshops can be tailored to provide a rapid training solution for your employees and are great way of evaluating technology, team building and promoting collaborative learning.

Off-site Assistance and Floor Walking

A Nexus training instructor can be booked to visit your premises and support your employees at their desk or work position. For example, we can assist your users by teaching them new techniques, or helping them to grasp an updated software version or phone system that is being deployed across your organisation. Our instructors can assist with immediate questions or concerns regarding the solution, offering immediate help where required.

An instructor can also assist where training has already been delivered, but additional support is required to assist delegates with any questions they have once back at their workplace. Immediate hands on refresher training can be delivered to individuals and this can often put the new skills they have learnt into context. 

Consultancy

Some ICT projects are too complex to just send staff on a course to learn the necessary skills. It can be uneconomical and time consuming to train staff to fully gain all the necessary skills to be able to troubleshoot and maintain a system or perhaps carry out a new installation.
